The Role
We need a scrappy, hyper-organized executor to own delivery end-to-end of major partnerships. You’ll turn signed contracts into flawlessly launched campaigns: coordinate assets, wrangle timelines, track deliverables, and make sure every partner gets exactly what was promised — on time and on brand.
You will
Drive day-to-day execution for sponsorships across sports leagues, media outlets, and digital brands
Build and own project plans, timelines, and checklists for each deal
Collect and QA creative assets; route approvals; maintain source-of-truth docs
Coordinate cross-functional teams (design, growth, product, legal) to hit milestones
Track deliverables (posts, placements, on-air mentions, integrations) and report status dailyMonitor campaigns in market; flag risks early; escalate and unblock fast
Compile post-campaign summaries with proof of performance and learnings
Ruthlessly improve processes, templates, and checklists as we scale
What you bring
2–3 years in partnerships ops, production, account/project management, or campaign ops
Proven ability to manage multiple large initiatives simultaneously
Elite organizational systems; you live in checklists and Gantt/kanban boards
Working knowledge of marketing/creative workflows and asset specs
