About Broccoli AI

Broccoli AI is building the AI operating system for home service businesses.

We work with plumbing, HVAC, and electrical contractors, the people who keep homes running, and we replace fragmented tools and manual workflows with AI agents that actually do the work.

Our AI assistants answer phones, book jobs, follow up with customers, and drive revenue, fully integrated into systems like ServiceTitan.

We started by going door-to-door, meeting 100+ contractors, and understanding how these businesses actually run. That shaped everything we've built. Today:

  • Hundreds of contractors use Broccoli to run their front office

  • We've grown from $0 to millions in ARR in under a year

  • We're trusted by both single-location operators and the largest PE-backed roll-ups

  • Raised $25M+ from Khosla Ventures and YC

The Role

Home services is one of the most PE-consolidated industries in the country. Hundreds of HVAC, plumbing, roofing, and garage rollups are backed by firms actively hunting for the operational levers that move EBITDA. AI is the largest lever to come along in a generation, and Broccoli is how those businesses pull it.

We are growing fast. We already work with the largest PE groups in home services and have built deep expertise in AI value creation. Now we are scaling rapidly, and this role is at the center of that growth. You will take those insights and that reputation across the broader ecosystem, establishing Broccoli as the first name every PE partner and portfolio CEO reaches for when AI comes up for home services.

You will work directly with Broccoli's CEO and leadership team, building from the ground up the relationships that will shape how the entire PE ecosystem thinks about AI in the trades. If you have spent time on the value creation side of PE, love relationship-building, and are excited to build at a fast-growing startup, this role was made for you.

What You'll Do
  • Build and own the PE relationship engine: Own Broccoli's relationships across the GPs, operating partners, and value creation teams that matter most in home services, cultivating and deepening them so Broccoli is the first call when AI comes up

  • Work directly with our CEO: Partner on the highest-stakes PE relationships, owning the prep, the narrative, and the follow-through on every conversation that matters

  • Own the value creation narrative: Build and maintain the materials PE firms need to champion Broccoli internally: EBITDA frameworks, ROI models, and transformation stories that translate what we do on the ground into language that moves sponsors

  • Own our events strategy: Decide which conferences and summits Broccoli attends and which ones we host, and partner with our team to execute the dinners and gatherings that put the right people in the room

What We're Looking For
  • 8+ years in PE value creation, operating partner roles, or senior partnerships roles with deep PE firm exposure; you know how sponsors think about portfolio transformation and have sat at the table with GPs and operating partners as a peer

  • An existing network inside PE firms investing in home services, field services, or multi-site operators; you know the GPs and operating partners by name and they take your calls

  • The ability to turn operational data into a compelling EBITDA story and put it in front of a CFO or PE partner with confidence

  • Strong executive presence; you hold your own at the top of the house and know how to make a room trust you quickly

  • Judgment about which firms, relationships, and markets to prioritize; you don't chase everything, and you know the difference between a relationship worth building and one that will never convert

  • Comfort operating without heavy process in a fast-moving, founder-led environment where you will be expected to create structure, not follow it

  • Willingness to travel as needed

Bonus

  • Startup or early-stage company experience where you built something from scratch
