Pediatric Quality Reviewer

Job Description:

The Position: Pediatrics Quality Reviewer RN

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

The Quality Reviewer is a Registered Professional Nurse who will ensure the accuracy, completeness and integrity of documentation completed by the COC.. This individual will be assigned to a set group of COCs.. The QR’s main area of responsibility will be to ensure that OASIS assessments are completed in accordance with CMS Regulatory Requirements and Conventions for completing OASIS-C (Chapter 3) in the OASIS-C Guidance Manual.

What we ask for:

• NYS RN License.

• Computer literacy; Home Care Homebase experience.

• Strong clinical documentation skills.

• Familiarity with CMS billing regulations.

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.

• Home health or community care experience.

• Ability to work independently and solve problems
