Industry leader? Well, how about an industry creator?!

At WalkMe, now an SAP company, we’re not just the leader in digital adoption, we started the digital adoption revolution - enabling organizations to pinpoint and resolve digital friction, regain control of their tech stack, and be better equipped to manage future change. With over 1,600 clients, including 55 Fortune 100 companies and 6 Fortune 10 companies working with us daily, we’re transforming how enterprises interact with their technology.

So, if you’re an expert in your field, and looking for an opportunity to work, collaborate, and innovate with some of the most talented people out there, WalkMe is the place for you!

WalkMe is looking for a results-driven Peer Review Program Manager to join us as a part-time contractor.  In this role, you will be the primary driver of our presence on Gartner Peer Insights (GPI) and G2.  Your mission is twofold: aggressively scaling our high-quality review volume to maintain Leadership in the Digital Adoption Platform category, and expand our presence in other strategic categories within the AI and Learning tech spaces.

You aren't just "managing" profiles; you are architecting a strategic engine that turns customer advocacy into powerful sales and marketing assets.

What You'll Own

  • Gartner Peer Insights: Execute a high-velocity campaign to close the volume gap with competitors and ensure WalkMe maintains category leadership.
  • G2: Maintain a steady cadence of reviews to protect our #1 leadership position across all relevant DAP categories.
  • Asset Magnification: Transform raw reviews into high-impact marketing and sales enablement assets that elevate WalkMe’s market authority.
  • Category Expansion: Establish WalkMe’s presence in categories beyond DAP, such as Learning Tech and AI.
  • Program Management: Own the end-to-end lifecycle of peer reviews for G2 and GPI, including profile maintenance, review moderation, and incentive management.
  • Event Integration: Partner with Field Marketing to build and run onsite review initiatives at major industry events and WalkMe user conferences.
  • Sales Enablement: Develop and distribute tangible assets (e.g., "Voice of the Customer" one-pagers, G2 Comparison grids, social proof snippets) for the global sales team.
  • Strategic Design: Collaborate with Customer Marketing and the Head of AR to evolve the Peer Review strategy, ensuring it aligns with broader analyst relations and brand goals.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Proven Track Record: At least 3 years of experience in Customer Advocacy/ Peer Reviews specifically managing G2 and Gartner Peer Insights programs for B2B SaaS companies.
  • Platform Expertise: Deep familiarity with G2’s Seller Solutions and Gartner’s Vendor Portal.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to look beyond "review counts" to understand how reviews influence the Gartner Magic Quadrant and G2 Grid positioning.
  • Communication: Exceptional writing skills for creating enablement content and "white-glove" outreach to executive-level customers.
  • Cross-Functional Relationship Building: Proven ability to build rapport and collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Field Marketing teams to identify advocacy opportunities and seamlessly integrate review generation into the existing customer journey and event calendar
  • Independence: This is a contractor role; we need a self-starter who can manage timelines and cross-functional stakeholders with minimal oversight.
