Ideal Background Profile
- 8+ years’ experience in a multiemployer or single employer pension consulting environment
- Actuarial credentials (ASA, FSA, and/or EA)
- Strong technical actuarial background with demonstrated attention to detail
- Excellent project, workflow, and operations management skills paired with proven ability to oversee multiple concurrent deliverables
- Highly client-service oriented, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with ProVal is a plus
