  • Partner with our central analytics tooling and HR Systems teams to build and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines for various HR data sources (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Docebo)
  • Define and maintain a metrics layer to power dashboards and analytics in our dashboarding tools (e.g., Metabase, Tableau)
  • Ensure quality, integrity, and reliability across all data assets and catalogs through testing, data governance, and monitoring
  • Design and implement security model and access controls for sensitive people data, balancing privacy and the need for information using row and column-level security

Who You Are

  • 3+ years in analytics engineering, data engineering, or similar roles with a focus on HR data
  • Advanced SQL skills and proficiency in building data models (dbt); comfortable with dimensional and event-based modeling
  • Experience with cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery) as well as ingestion and orchestration tools (e.g., Airbyte, Airflow)
  • Understanding of people systems (HRIS, ATS, LMS) and metrics used in people analytics
  • Experience working with BI and dashboarding tools such as Tableau, Metabase, Looker, etc.
  • Strong stakeholder manager who can translate people data needs into durable solutions
  • Ability to maintain privacy, maturity and discretion while handling sensitive people data

Benefits and Growth:

  • Best-in-breed onboarding
  • Generous global benefits
  • Intra-departmental mentor and buddy program for in-house networking
  • New hire stock equity (RSUs) and employee stock purchase plan (ESPP)
  • Continuous professional development, product training, and career pathing
