We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented People Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will own key HR operations, support a seamless employee experience, and oversee essential office management responsibilities that help keep our workplace running smoothly. You’ll partner closely with the Finance, Ops, Marketing and other internal teams while serving as a trusted point of contact for employees.
What you'll do- Lead end-to-end onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a smooth, organized, and positive employee experience.
- Manage employee communications and act as a responsive point of contact for HR-related inquiries.
- Coordinate all recruitment logistics, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and managing the creation and delivery of offer packets.
- Administer and optimize our HRIS (Rippling), including maintaining employee data, updating records for promotions and other job changes, and running regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Generate reports and dashboards to support planning, decision-making, and track key HR metrics and trends.
- Support bi-weekly payroll processing in partnership with Finance.
- Ensure data accuracy and timely updates that impact payroll and benefits.
- Ensure ongoing adherence to U.S. federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Support companywide audits, policy updates, and HR process improvements.
- Manage HR administrative tasks including reporting, maintaining records, and organizing HR documentation.
- Identify insights and recommend improvements that enhance the employee experience and strengthen People operations.
- Maintain office operations by managing supplies, snacks, equipment, and general workplace needs.
- Help ensure the office is welcoming, organized, and set up to support productive work.
- 3–5 years of experience working in Human Resources, particularly in start-up to scale-up environments.
- Experience working with HR systems (Rippling experience a plus).
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Proactive problem-solving skills with a process-improvement mindset.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities across teams.
Here is the salary range for this position:
- $85,000-$120,000
