About Agentio

Agentio enables marketers to buy creator led ads as easily and scalably as Meta or Google ads—automating sourcing, pricing, contracting, delivery, and measurement—so work that took months now happens in minutes.

We’re on a mission to transform a $800B digital ad ecosystem by shifting digital ad spend into the hands of creators. That means better outcomes for marketers and enabling creators to live off their work—finally being paid in proportion to the value they create. That shift is accelerating: Unilever’s CEO has said the company will move roughly half of its ad budget into social and creators—Unilever is among the world’s largest advertisers, spending around $9–10B annually. As these dollars move, they need performance-grade pipes; Agentio is how those dollars flow to creators with the speed, control, and measurement marketers expect. We enable brands like Uber, DoorDash, and Bombas to run creator campaigns with the same rigor, control, and accountability as their core performance channels.

Agentio has raised $56M to date at a $340M valuation, including a recent Series B led by Forerunner, which followed our Series A within a calendar year. Our investors also include Benchmark, Craft, and AlleyCorp. Agentio has been named to Forbes’ Next Billion Dollar Startups, 2025, and our platform is already used and loved by the world’s leading marketers and creators. We are just getting started!

About the Role

Agentio is looking for a People & Culture Operations Coordinator to help ensure that how it feels to work here is as thoughtful and high-quality as the product we’re building. This role sits at the intersection of people, systems, and environment—designing experiences that are intentional, human, and distinctly Agentio.

This is a dual-impact role for someone who is curious about how things work—and how they could work better. You don’t just keep the wheels turning; you build the operating backbone of our People function while helping create an office and culture people are genuinely excited to show up for.

What You’ll Do

People & Systems Operations (≈70%)

Help build the workflows that allow Agentio to scale thoughtfully without losing the human experience.

  • Partner closely with the Head of Talent to support and improve core People Ops systems and processes

  • Support the full employee lifecycle, from offers and onboarding through performance reviews, role changes, and offboarding

  • Deliver and continuously improve a seamless onboarding and first-day experience that balances high-touch moments with smart automation

  • Maintain and optimize our People tech stack (e.g., Rippling, Ashby), ensuring data accuracy and reliability

  • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate workflows across onboarding, interview scheduling, access coordination, reviews, and reporting

  • Draft, maintain, and improve people policies, internal documentation, and employee resources
Serve as a trusted, friendly resource for employee questions around benefits, policies, and processes

  • Support recruiting operations, ensuring interview coordination and candidate experiences reflect our bar for excellence

Culture & Office Operations (≈30%)

Turn values into lived experiences.

  • Execute culture rituals that help people feel seen, from anniversaries and birthdays to thoughtful new-hire moments

  • Lead logistics for team lunches, happy hours, offsites, and celebrations so experiences feel effortless for everyone else

  • Own the day-to-day office experience, including vendors, supplies, and overall environment

  • Ensure every new hire arrives on day one with equipment ready, access granted, and zero friction

What You’ll GetImpact & Growth
  • Build from the ground up: Join a profitable, high-growth startup with product-market fit at a formative stage

  • Accelerated learning: A front-row seat to how a company scales, with room to grow your scope as complexity increases

  • Real ownership: Direct influence over how Agentio shows up for its people every day

Culture & Team
  • A fun, honest, empathetic, collaborative, and transparent work environment

  • A mission-driven team building a first-of-its-kind company that empowers creators and helps brands tell better stories

You
  • Systems-minded and AI-native; you think in workflows, triggers, and leverage

  • Biased toward action and comfortable operating in ambiguity

  • People-first, with a genuine desire to help others feel supported and connected

  • Hands-on, hungry, and ready to roll up your sleeves

  • Growth-oriented and comfortable giving and receiving feedback

  • Energized by the mission and excited to work in a high-energy, in-person team

Requirements & Bonus Points
  • Experience: 3+ years in People Ops, HR, or Office Coordination (ideally at a startup)

  • Tech proficiency: Comfortable working with spreadsheets, systems, and unstructured data

  • Bonus: Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or SHRM-CP / PHR)

Bonus: Hands-on experience building workflows in Rippling or Ashby

Benefits & Perks
  • Flexible PTO – Take the time you need to recharge

  • Comprehensive Health Coverage – Top medical plan through Aetna

  • Dental & Vision Plans – Protect your smile and your sight with coverage from Guardian

  • 401(k) Retirement Plan – Invest in your future while you build your career

  • $100 Monthly Lifestyle Credit – Use it to shop with our amazing Agentio Brand Partners

  • Free Lunch 5x a week!

  • Gym in the building! – Your workout, right downstairs

The estimated base compensation for this role is between $75,000 & $95,000. Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, and experience. In addition, this role is eligible for equity and competitive benefits.
