Job Title: PeopleSoft Developer
Location: 100% Remote (U.S.)
Position Type: Full-time, Direct W2
Salary Range: $100,000–$150,000 Annually
Experience Required: 8+ years

We are currently seeking a skilled PeopleSoft Developer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our PeopleSoft projects.
Job Description:
As a PeopleSoft Developer at Bright Vision Technologies, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining PeopleSoft applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and implement customizations and modifications within the PeopleSoft system. Your expertise in PeopleSoft development, technical analysis, and problem-solving will be crucial in driving the success of our PeopleSoft projects.

Requirements:
•    Proven experience as a PeopleSoft Developer or similar role
•    Strong understanding of PeopleSoft system architecture and modules
•    Proficiency in PeopleSoft development tools, such as Application Designer, PeopleCode, and Application Engine
•    Experience with developing customizations, reports, interfaces, and applications within PeopleSoft
•    Knowledge of PeopleSoft table structures, views, and data dictionary
•    Familiarity with PeopleSoft integration technologies, such as Integration Broker or Component Interfaces
•    Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
•    Excellent teamwork and communication skills
•    Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
Preferred Qualifications:
•    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
•    PeopleSoft certification or training
•    Experience with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, Human Capital Management (HCM), Financials, or other modules
•    Knowledge of PeopleSoft Fluid User Interface (UI) and related development techniques
•    Understanding of PeopleSoft security concepts and user management.
