This newly created role will help shape the strategy of the brand-new Performance Marketing team. You will be responsible for coordinating our test and learn agenda with key stakeholders to drive our goals forward.
As a Performance Marketing Experimentation Lead- Vice President on the Performance Marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and growth within the Consumer & Community Banking division. You should be a strategic thinker with a strong background in marketing experimentation and data-driven decision-making. You will collaborate closely with marketing teams to develop hypotheses and testing roadmaps, ensuring that our marketing strategies are optimized for maximum impact and efficiency.

Marketing & Communications teams shape the firm's brand and protect and grow the firm's excellent reputation across the world. Through the use of data and analytics, they create and deliver marketing campaigns or servicing messages through Chase.com, the mobile app, and paid media channels based on what is best for the customer.

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive experimentation strategy for CCB Performance Marketing, aligning with the division's overall goals and objectives.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional marketing teams to identify key areas for experimentation, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to formulate clear, actionable hypotheses that address critical business questions and opportunities.
- Design and implement robust testing roadmaps, ensuring that experiments are structured to deliver meaningful insights and drive strategic decision-making.
- Oversee the analysis of experimental data, providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimize marketing strategies to improve customer acquisition and engagement.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the success of marketing experiments, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders, influencing strategic marketing decisions.
- Consistently stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, integrating new methodologies and tools into the experimentation framework.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field;
- 6+ years of marketing or equivalent experience, with expertise in marketing experimentation, data analysis, and strategic planning.,
- Exceptional executive-level written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences and inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools and platforms (e.g., Tableau, SQL) with the ability to structure and scope complex problems and develop solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, effectively managing multiple priorities and projects.
- Exhibits a high level of intellectual curiosity, with the ability to quickly develop subject matter expertise in new areas.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Financial services industry experience.
