Job Description• Own and lead user acquisition strategy across Meta, YouTube, Google Search, and other key channels and use data to push performance forward and fast
• Build and manage high-performing campaigns across the entire funnel
• Test and iterate on creative assets to improve performance
• Analyze data to identify insights, optimize spend, and improve efficiency
• Collaborate with our in-house creative studio and product teams
• Drive growth loops, segmentation strategies, and performance-driven experimentation
Qualifications• Entry-level position requiring 0-2 years of experience
• Analytical expert with a head for numbers who isn't afraid to dive into data to uncover insights
• Goal-oriented approach and ability to work independently make you a valuable asset to any team
• Demonstrated passion for marketing, with a strong interest in brand strategy, consumer behavior, and creative campaign development
• Passionate about the power of analytics and believe that data should inform decision-making processes
• The ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities sets you apart from others in your field
