The position focuses on luxury lifestyle management, global travel coordination, and securing exclusive, access-driven experiences.
You will leverage a strong network—particularly within New York City’s hospitality and cultural scene—to anticipate needs and deliver seamless, high-touch service. Success in this role is driven by resourcefulness, discretion, and the ability to open doors.
Approximately 20–25% of the role includes executive support, such as business travel coordination and calendar management. The ideal candidate is poised, intuitive, and thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with absolute professionalism and confidentiality.
What You’ll Do:
- Must be able to work from our Flatiron (NYC) office and support the CEO in person 3-4 days per week.
- Deliver 24/7, white-glove lifestyle and concierge support to two principals, with full flexibility across evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Curate and manage all aspects of an elevated lifestyle, including:
- Securing priority access to New York City’s most exclusive restaurants, members-only venues, and high-demand reservations
- Booking and coordinating VIP nightlife experiences, private events, and culturally relevant music and social scenes (e.g., house/techno events, underground and high-profile venues)
- Providing highly tailored, insider-driven recommendations informed by platforms like Infatuation and real-time industry knowledge
- Plan and execute complex, high-touch global travel, including multi-leg itineraries, luxury accommodations, villa bookings, private aviation, on-the-ground experiences, and destination-driven dining and events
- Coordinate and, where applicable, support high-profile and large-scale experiential travel or events (e.g., festival environments, international gatherings, or multi-day curated experiences) with a VIP lens
- Leverage an established network to unlock access, reservations, and opportunities not available through traditional channels
- Act as a central liaison across personal staff, vendors, hospitality partners, and key external relationships
- Support executive-level needs (20–25%), including:
- Coordinating business global travel that integrates seamlessly with personal plans
- Managing scheduling, meetings, and occasional office-related priorities
- Handle all matters with absolute discretion, confidentiality, and sound judgment
- Anticipate needs before they arise and resolve issues in real time with efficiency and composure
- Manage and track expenses related to lifestyle, travel, and entertainment
- Represent the principals with polish, professionalism, and credibility across all interactions
What You Have:
- 5+ years of experience supporting ultra-high-net-worth individuals in a private office, lifestyle management, or Executive Personal Assistant capacity
- A deeply embedded and highly active network in New York City, specifically across hospitality, fine dining, nightlife, events, and cultural spaces (required)
- Proven ability to secure hard-to-access reservations, VIP experiences, and exclusive entry
- Strong familiarity with NYC’s top-tier restaurant landscape, emerging trends, and culturally relevant scenes (e.g., Infatuation, chef-driven openings, nightlife circuits)
- Demonstrated experience planning luxury, complex, and highly customized global travel, including experiential and event-based travel
- Experience supporting or coordinating high-touch events, destination-based experiences, or festival-level logistics is strongly preferred
- Ability to fluidly transition between lifestyle management and executive support responsibilities
- Exceptional organizational skills with a meticulous attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and executive presence
