The Allen Thomas Group, a fast-growing national insurance agency, is seeking an experienced, sharp, and adaptable Personal Lines Insurance Account Executive to join our innovative team.

In this pivotal role, you will manage our current personal insurance clients while driving growth in cross selling our commercial lines clients.

The ideal candidate is an insurance professional with a proven track record, ready to take on new challenges and shape the future of our personal lines department.

Key ResponsibilitiesCurrent Book of Business Management
  • Handle client inquiries and educate them on our customer care center's value

  • Conduct renewal reviews with top clients and implement systematic cross-selling

  • Transition current book of business to customer care centers

  • Implement a proactive referral process

New Business Development
  • Process and convert leads that come from our marketing channels

  • Utilize Epic software

  • Advise current commercial insurance clients about personal lines services

Strategic Leadership
  • Construct SOPs for the personal lines department

  • Assist in identifying and hiring team members to facilitate growth

  • Collaborate with marketing to develop customer acquisition strategies

Qualifications
  • College education and minimum 5 years in personal lines insurance

  • Experience with Epic software, and national quoting platforms

  • Insurance designations encouraged

  • Nationwide understanding of insurance markets and multi-state policy writing

Required Skills
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities

  • Enthusiasm, positive attitude, and intellectual agility

  • Proficiency in client education, renewal reviews, and systematic cross-selling

Performance Metrics
  • Quote rate, contract rate, loss ratio

  • Average policy size and revenue per client

  • Client satisfaction and retention rates

  • Underwriting cycle time and discipline

Work Environment & Benefits
