About the Physical AI Business
Accenture helps industrial clients design, deploy and scale Physical AI across strategy and operating model, digital twins and simulation, robotics intelligence and training, orchestration, industrial integration and managed operations. The portfolio is designed around measurable operating outcomes and ecosystem-enabled delivery across manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, engineering, data centers and other asset-intensive environments.

The Work:
The Physical AI Sales and Client Solutions Leader is accountable for originating, shaping and closing complex Physical AI transformation opportunities. The role sells the full portfolio rather than a single technology domain, connects executive business priorities to credible technical and delivery solutions, and mobilizes the right account, industry, solution, alliance, commercial and delivery teams to move opportunities from qualification through contract signature and transition to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute account and market sales strategies for the full Physical AI portfolio, including strategy, planning and simulation, digital twins, robotics intelligence, orchestration, industrial integration and managed services.

  • Identify and qualify opportunities based on priority operational problems such as throughput, labor constraints, safety, commissioning risk, asset utilization, capital efficiency, uptime, material flow and time to scale

  • Build executive relationships with operations, supply chain, engineering, manufacturing, technology, data and capital-project leaders and translate their priorities into a clear value-led Physical AI agenda

  • Lead end-to-end pursuits from opportunity origination and qualification through discovery, value hypothesis, solution shaping, partner strategy, commercials, negotiation, contracting and delivery transition.

  • Orchestrate cross-functional pursuit teams spanning accounts, industries, SC&E, Data and AI, cloud, cybersecurity, OT, robotics, simulation, managed services, finance, legal and alliance partners.

  • Ensure proposed solutions are differentiated, technically credible, deliverable and anchored to measurable outcomes, adoption requirements and scaling pathways.

  • Develop business cases and commercial constructs that may combine consulting, implementation, reusable assets, platform-enabled services, managed services and outcome-linked models.

  • Create executive narratives, workshop content, proposals, solution orals, demonstrations and points of view that connect Physical AI capabilities to client reinvention priorities.

  • Build joint go-to-market motions and co-sell opportunities with ecosystem partners across NVIDIA, industrial software, cloud, robotics, automation and OT platforms.

  • Maintain disciplined pipeline management, forecast accuracy, pursuit governance, win/loss learning and reusable sales assets.

  • Help convert lighthouse engagements into repeatable offerings, credentials, reference architectures and scalable industry plays.

  • Provide market intelligence on client demand, competitors, partner developments, emerging business models and capability gaps.

Travel Requirements:

Travel is required for this role and could vary up to 75%

Here’s what you need:

  • 8+ years of experience across technology sales, consulting, solutioning or business development in industrial or engineering-intensive sectors.

  • Demonstrated record of originating and closing complex transformation or technology-services engagements, including multi-stakeholder pursuits.

  • Working knowledge across at least three Physical AI domains such as digital twins, simulation, robotics, AI and computer vision, orchestration, industrial automation, edge/cloud or managed operations.

  • Experience engaging executive buyers and operational stakeholders and translating business problems into value cases, solution scope and executable roadmaps.

  • Experience leading cross-functional pursuit teams, proposal development, commercial shaping, negotiation and contracting.

  • Ability to communicate credibly with business, engineering, IT, OT and ecosystem stakeholders.

  • Understanding of industrial operating environments in manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, engineering, capital projects or other asset-intensive sectors.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If associate degree, must have a minimum of 6 years’ work experience)

Bonus Points If:

  • Experience selling or shaping Physical AI, digital twin, simulation, robotics, vision AI, industrial data or autonomous-operations programs.

  • Experience with portfolio and asset-led selling, managed services, platform-enabled services or outcome-based commercial models.

  • Familiarity with NVIDIA, Siemens, Dassault Systemes, PTC, Ansys, hyperscalers, robotics OEMs, automation vendors and OT ecosystems.

  • Experience taking lighthouse programs to multi-site or enterprise scale.

  • Existing executive relationships in priority industrial sectors and experience with joint partner pursuits.

  • Experience in a major consulting firm, systems integrator, industrial technology provider or robotics/automation services organization.
