At Gymshark, we move fast, think boldly and always put our community first. We’re looking for a sharp, commercially minded Planner to drive our North America Accessories business from NYC. You'll own both preseason and in‑season planning, partnering closely with Merchandising, Allocation and cross‑functional teams to make sure we deliver the right product, at the right time, for our community. You’ll also lead and develop one direct report, supporting their growth while driving strong commercial outcomes.
What You'll Be DoingPreseason
  • Build seasonal sales, margin and inventory plans across all accessories categories.
  • Analyse prior performance to uncover trends, missed opportunities and key growth drivers.
  • Recommend style count, colour count and flow strategies to optimise profitability.
  • Summarise risks and opportunities and share insights in investment and commercial reviews.
  • Support the development and optimisation of assortment planning tools and processes.
In Season
  • Deliver weekly business updates, calling out trends, risks and opportunities vs. forecast.
  • Build and maintain updated sales, margin and inventory forecasts; support monthly OTB.
  • Partner with Merchandising and Allocation to ensure strong receipt flow and in‑stock accuracy.
  • Manage weekly unit sales plans and identify product driving upside or headwinds.
  • Support markdown and promotional strategies with clear pricing and margin scenarios.
What You'll Have

Essential Skills & experience:  

  • Demonstratable experience of merchandise planning, allocation, merchandising, financial planning, strategy or business analytics 
  • Strong analytical, financial modeling and problem-solving skills 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills 
  • Ability to manage multiple work streams/projects with tight deadlines 
  • Strong technical aptitude, including advanced competency in Microsoft Excel and ability to quickly master new applications and systems 

Preferred Skills & experience: 

  • Experience in activewear apparel planning  
  • Experience working internationally, across multiple currency types  
  • Experience working on multiple apparel product categories 
  • A love of the Gym and living an active lifestyle

Please note this is a hybrid role partially based in our New York City office. All candidates must be local or willing to relocate. You must also be authorized to work in the United States.

SALARY RANGE

Salary for this role will be $90'000 - $110'000 per annum. The base pay offered is based on market, experience, and skills.
