As a Platform Engineer, you'll join a team working to design, build, and optimize our orchestration platform that enables enterprises to create, manage, and execute complex workflows through visual interfaces and AI automation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help ⁠Develop and refine Sea12's process Orchestration platform for users to design, optimize, and execute high stakes business processes.

  • Design and build secure, high-performance backend services using Go, Gin, PostgreSQL, and Redis. Implement job queues, real-time processing, and distributed workflow execution across cloud environments.

  • Architect responsive web applications using Next.js and TypeScript.

  • Ensure high-availability, security, and observability of workflow execution engines. Implement best practices for distributed computing, scalable service orchestration, and real-time data processing.

  • Partner with other Full-Stack and Forward Deployed Engineers.

Requirements:

  • Strong ability in Full-Stack Development. Expertise in Go, TypeScript, React, and modern web technologies for building scalable, high-performance systems and user interfaces.

  • ⁠Hands-on experience with distributed systems, databases (PostgreSQL, Redis), and cloud platforms. Experience with containerization (Docker), CI/CD, and infrastructure as code.

  • Strong interest in AI-native development and workflow orchestration. Experience with LLM integration, vector databases, and building visual programming interfaces.

  • Experience with real-time systems, job queues, and event-driven architectures. Knowledge of workflow engines, process automation, and distributed computing patterns.

  • Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks and state management. Experience with drag-and-drop interfaces, and building complex user interactions.

  • Experience with security, authentication and large-scale observability is a plus.
