The Platform Launch Manager II position exists to ensure that our technology, products and services reach their full financial potential. Critical activities include launch project selection, launch team management and execution, strategic plan formulation, and management interface. The Platform Launch Manager II role requires documented success in the launch role or an equivalent role in the organization. This Platform Launch Manager position is focused on Food and Beverage markets, cleaning, sanitizing and water applications.

Major Responsibilities

% of Time Spent

Participate in project evaluation and selection process

5%

Assemble launch team with the resources required to deliver the financial goals of the project

5%

Lead launch team in developing the launch package, including – sales training, equipment, internal and external marketing communication packages.

20 - 40%

Lead the launch team in executing market launch. Including countering competitive response, modifying launch strategy, determining if secondary market exist, developing plan for continued growth and product refreshment.

40 -60%

Work with business management to resolve any supply chain issues.

5 - 10%

Work with R&D on quality issues and product refreshment

5 - 10%

The expected compensation range for this position is between $139,700.00 and $232,800.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
