We’re hiring a Player Development & Partnerships Manager to build relationships with Pikkit’s most engaged users and the leading operators in the industry. You’ll create partnerships and opportunities that benefit both our users and our partners. This role sits at the intersection of community, partnerships, and business development, and you’ll have the opportunity to build an entirely new function within the company.

About Pikkit

At Pikkit, we’re building the home for sports betting.

Today, we’re a social sports betting app with over 1 million users, 20,000+ five-star reviews, and more than $30B in legal U.S. sports wagers tracked through our app. We’re featured in industry reports from Citizens Bank, Houlihan Lokey, SBC, and more, and backed by top-tier VCs including Founder Collective, Baukunst, and Matrix.

We’re a team of ~15, all in-person at our Flatiron NYC office. We move fast, ship high-quality product, care deeply about sports fans, and don’t take ourselves too seriously. 😊

About the Role

This is a unique role that combines community building, partnerships, and business development.

You’ll be responsible for growing relationships with Pikkit’s most engaged users while working with leading partners’ player development teams to create programs and acquisition opportunities that benefit both sides. You’ll own this initiative from the ground up, helping define the strategy, build the relationships, and scale the program over time.

No two days will look the same. One day you might be meeting with a partner, the next hosting an event for users, launching a new campaign, or talking directly with bettors to better understand what they want.

What You’ll Do

As Player Development & Partnerships Manager, you will:

  • Identify and build relationships with Pikkit’s most engaged users.

  • Build relationships with player development and acquisition teams at major operators.

  • Develop and manage a community of users interested in exclusive opportunities and events with partners.

  • Create experiences and programs that strengthen our relationship with our community.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for users participating in partnership opportunities.

  • Gather feedback from users to help improve both the Pikkit experience and our partner relationships.

  • Negotiate commercial agreements and exclusive offers with operators.

  • Champion responsible gaming standards across all partner programs.

What We’re Looking For
  • 2-5 years of experience in sports betting, gaming, partnerships, affiliate marketing, business development, or a related field.

  • Comfortable working directly with users and external partners.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build something from the ground up.

  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple relationships simultaneously.

  • Passion for sports betting and a strong understanding of the U.S. sportsbook landscape.

Nice to Have
  • Experience working with player development teams.

  • Existing relationships within the sports betting industry.

  • Experience building communities, managing customer relationships, or organizing events.

Benefits
  • Competitive salary and equity

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance

  • 401(k) with company match

  • Unlimited vacation

  • Generous budget for laptop and equipment

  • Fun in-person team events

  • Office in Flatiron, NY
