Bustle Digital Group is seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy Post-Production Manager who can seamlessly bridge the gap between technical asset management and creative editing. In this role, you will act as the right hand to the Post Production Supervisor, ensuring our media pipeline runs flawlessly while also editing short-form commercial campaigns across the BDG sphere.

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a deep understanding of cloud-based workflows, a meticulous eye for media management, and at least three years of professional commercial editing experience. Experience with LucidLink is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

    Media Management & Cloud Infrastructure

Production Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for DPs, DITs, and camera crews. Onboard external crew members to our cloud network, Lucidlink, and remain available to troubleshoot upload issues.

Ingest & Verification: Monitor and verify that all production footage is successfully uploaded to our server. Audit ingest reports for consistency and accuracy.

Camera Team Coordination: Meet with the camera team approximately once per month to clear production drives and ensure all media has been properly uploaded and accounted for.

Delivery & Archiving: Manage project archiving by generating clean final master exports, handling music cue reporting, and executing final project archiving into deep storage via AWS.

Platform Distribution: Upload and publish horizontal editorial video content to YouTube, JW Player, Facebook, Spotify, and other designated distribution platforms while ensuring proper formatting and metadata requirements are met.

    Creative Editing

Short-Form Campaigns: Craft and deliver high-impact, short-form commercial campaigns across various BDG brands.

Creative Excellence: Maintain a high standard of visual storytelling, pacing, and brand alignment across all edited deliverables.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: 3+ years of experience editing commercial or agency-level work. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Premiere Pro. Ability to color correct and audio mix.

Technical Expertise: Strong working knowledge of cloud-based server workflows. Direct experience with LucidLink is a major plus; familiarity with AWS (Amazon Web Services) deep storage archiving is highly preferred.

Location & Availability: Must be a New York local. This role requires the flexibility to occasionally work late nights to upload and monitor footage after production.

Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative spirit. We maintain a highly creative, supportive environment, no egos here!
