Why Socure?

Socure is building the identity trust infrastructure for the digital economy — verifying 100% of good identities in real time and stopping fraud before it starts. The mission is big, the problems are complex, and the impact is felt by businesses, governments, and millions of people every day.

We hire people who want that level of responsibility. People who move fast, think critically, act like owners, and care deeply about solving customer problems with precision. If you want predictability or narrow scope, this won’t be your place. If you want to help build the future of identity with a team that holds a high bar for itself — keep reading.

Socure is seeking a Post-Sales Solution Consultant, Big Tech/AI to lead complex customer solutioning across implementation and strategic post-sales engagements. In this role, you will partner closely with customers and internal cross-functional teams to design scalable solutions, guide proof-of-concept and delivery efforts, translate technical complexity into business value, and bring field insight back into product and go-to-market strategy.

The ideal candidate brings deep consultative and technical credibility, strong customer presence, and experience navigating sophisticated enterprise environments—particularly in identity, fraud, fintech, risk, or related data- and AI-driven domains.

What you’ll do

  • Own post-sales technical solutioning for strategic Big Tech/AI customers, serving as a trusted advisor across implementation and ongoing customer engagements.

  • Partner with customers to uncover business goals, operational constraints, and success criteria, then design scalable solutions that maximize value from Socure’s platform.

  • Lead or support proof-of-concept design and execution in partnership with Data Science, ensuring clear metrics, governance, and measurable outcomes.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across Sales, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing to drive delivery, manage risks, and keep stakeholders aligned.

  • Translate complex technical concepts, data findings, and product capabilities into clear recommendations for both technical and executive audiences.

  • Bring industry and domain expertise to customer strategies, especially where identity, fraud, risk, analytics, and regulated environments intersect.

  • Funnel field insights back into Product and Product Marketing to influence roadmap, messaging, and future solution innovation.

  • Help elevate the broader Solution Consulting practice by sharing best practices, mentoring teammates, and contributing reusable frameworks or playbooks.

What you’ll bring

  • Significant experience in solutions consulting, sales engineering, professional services, or customer-facing technical consulting, ideally in enterprise software or SaaS environments.

  • A track record of leading enterprise-level engagements with multiple stakeholders and complex technical or operational requirements.

  • Strong technical depth across APIs, data flows, analytics, ML/DS-adjacent technologies, and modern software delivery environments.

  • Ability to synthesize complex technical or statistical observations into clear business recommendations and compelling presentations.

  • Experience acting as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, with strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • A customer-first mindset with strong ownership, sound judgment, and comfort operating in a fast-paced, mission-driven company.
