  • Serve as an escalation point for significant power generation events and outages, coordinating cross-functional response and root cause analysis.
  • Drive a strong culture of safety, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across all power generation operations.
  • Stay current on industry best practices, emerging power generation technologies, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Qualifications

  • 8–12+ years of experience in power generation or mission-critical infrastructure operations, with demonstrated people leadership experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of on-site power generation systems (primary and secondary) and their integration into data center environments.
  • Proven experience developing and executing MOPs to manage load transfers, ramp rates, and operational risk.
  • Experience building and sustaining maintenance, repair, and training programs in high-availability environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage vendor and operating agreements tied to critical infrastructure.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
