The Impact you’ll make
Multi-Account PPC Management
- Manage and optimize 14–15 advertising accounts across Amazon, Google Ads, Walmart, Shopify, eBay, Etsy, and Meta
- Ensure consistent monitoring of campaign performance across all brands
- Maintain organized tracking and structure across multiple platforms and logins
- Identify and eliminate wasted ad spend from ineffective keywords and bids
- Optimize ACoS, ROAS, conversion rates, and targeting strategies
- Reallocate budgets toward high-performing campaigns and audiences
- Manage and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns including keyword targeting, bid adjustments, and search term analysis
- Apply marketplace-specific best practices across Walmart, eBay, and Etsy ads
- Support optimization of product listings where needed to improve ad performance
- Monitor performance metrics and communicate actionable insights to leadership
- Clearly report what is working, what is not, and what should be adjusted
- Proactively recommend improvements without requiring step-by-step direction
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required:
- Proven hands-on experience in PPC / paid advertising
- Proven experience managing multiple ecommerce advertising accounts simultaneously
- Strong understanding of campaign optimization including keywords, bids, targeting, and budget allocation
- Experience working with Amazon Ads and at least one major platform such as Google Ads or Meta Ads
- Ability to work independently and make data-driven optimization decisions without constant supervision

- Proactive problem-solving and ability to identify inefficiencies without instruction
- Strong communication skills and ability to report insights clearly and concisely
