Reports to: Sr. Manager, Global Public Relations
Location: New York, NY – NYC Showroom (In-Office)

The Role

The PR Coordinator position directly supports the UGG Global Public Relations and Collaborations teams, assisting in executing seasonal plans. This person will oversee administrative duties related to PR and Collaborations out of the NYC showroom. The role requires excellent communicative and writing skills, creative, ambitious, proactive, attention to detail, a sense of prioritization, organization, flexibility, and time management skills.

Your Impact

The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:

• 1. PR/Comms Team Admin Support: Manage all administrative aspects of the PR team, e.g., logging all requests, scanning and clipping press and online coverage, organizing internal and external brand assets, daily media monitoring, creating and updating PR and collaborations presentations, decks, and press kits, sample trafficking, PR office upkeep, etc.
• 2. Invoices & Vendor Payments Management: Ensure all external vendors and partners are paid in a timely manner and manage the overall budget tracker based on the Brand Comms team’s activity. This role will have direct contact with vendors and partners to streamline communication and process.
• 3. VIP & Editorial Seeding Programs: In partnership with the UGG Social and Influencer team, manage the PR seeding programs and logistics under the direction of the senior PR team members.
• 4. Showroom & PR Office Point of Contact: Act as the key representative for the NYC showroom and PR office to send and receive all shipments, samples, etc., manage and organize the storage unit and sample closet, oversee all inventories relating to PR, e.g., samples, gifting closet, décor, props, etc.

$32 - 34/hour

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our New York, NY location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
