Summary: The PR & Influencer Marketing Manager will develop, implement and manage influencer strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement in the Americas region with an emphasis on Latin America for Huda Beauty. This role will help scale creator communities, strengthen influencer relationships, support launch and seeding programs, and ensure operational excellence across the region. The Manager will drive relationship building, list development, cultural insights, and influencer outreach while working cross-functionally to ensure cohesive brand storytelling. This role will be reported to the Senior PR & Influencer Marketing Manager.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement influencer and PR strategies across the Americas, with a focus on expanding brand presence and cultural relevance within Spanish-speaking Latin America.
  • Build and maintain creator and MUA relationships throughout the region, identifying and nurturing talent across micro, mid-tier, macro, and VIP levels, while contributing to regional community growth and new demographic expansion.
  • Manage daily communication with influencers and talent managers across all Americas markets, ensuring consistent relationship management and high-touch support.
  • Support launch storytelling and brand messaging for the Americas, contributing insights that reflect both U.S. and Latin America cultural moments and ensuring alignment with Global brand direction.
  • Lead Latin American focused outreach, list building, and event invite strategy, while supporting broader Americas invite lists, seeding efforts, and creator selection as needed.
  • Assist with Americas-wide influencer sourcing, including identifying emerging creators, vetting talent for brand values, and submitting new prospects for consideration.
  • Manage the Social PR inbox and shared Agency inbox, ensuring high-quality communication across all regions.
  • Support influencer mailshots and seeding operations across the Americas.
  • Support quarterly influencer list audits, helping maintain accurate creator information and ensuring all markets reflect strategic priorities and brand safety standards.
  • Monitor influencer activity and track content performance across the region, with a deeper focus on Latin American insights, reporting trends, and contributing to monthly dashboards.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Americas and Global teams, ensuring regional needs are incorporated into launch planning, seeding strategy, and campaign execution.
  • Stay on top of social, cultural, and influencer trends across the Americas, identifying opportunities in both the U.S. and Latin America to grow brand visibility and relevance.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken). Portuguese is a plus
  • 4+ years of experience in influencer marketing, PR or a related field
  • Strong understanding of the creator landscape and cultural nuances in Spanish-speaking Latin America
  • Experience working with influencers across different levels, from micro to VIP
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects at once and shifting priorities as needed
  • Clear communication skills and a good eye for detail
  • Organized, reliable and able to take ownership without needing heavy oversight
  • Passionate about beauty and tuned into social media and creator trends
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Familiarity with platforms like Traackr and Creator IQ is helpful
  • Brings a can-do attitude and isn’t afraid to jump in wherever needed. No task is too small.

The pay range for this role is $100k-$120k. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidates relevant work experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
