We’re searching for a PR star with experience in the travel & hospitality industry. A Senior Account Executive with bread & Butter is a go-getter, jet setter and many-hat wearer. You’re ready to roll up your sleeves and get to work. A proverbial eager beaver, you meet or beat deadlines, stay ahead of trends and always look for new ways to tackle a challenge.  You love to write, enjoy making meaningful connections and bring creative ideas to the table. When not planning your next trip, you’re fueling your wanderlust by seeking out the next big trends and learning what’s new in the world of travel. You like to go big – because going home isn’t an option. An SAE with bread & Butter is dialed into the teams’ accounts and clients’ needs, a problem solver, an inspiring leader, and a keeper of long-standing, meaningful relationships with key media and industry leaders. Most importantly, the person in this role should be excited about what bread & Butter is and what it will be.
 
Available Opportunity:
A Senior Account Executive for bread & Butter is responsible for managing and answering the needs of the client daily. Senior Account Executives serve as representatives of the company and as liaisons between the company and the client. Senior Account Executives oversee the work of Assistant Account Executives and Account Executives and report to the Account Supervisor or Director.

Here’s What We Need:
  • 3-5 years of full-time, post-undergraduate experience in hospitality and/or travel PR, preferably with agency vs. in-house.
  • Enjoys crafting tailored, effective comprehensive media plans and pitches that are creative, thoughtful and help move clients toward their goals.
  • Possesses and knows how to build and maintain strong relationships with high-level regional and national print, online, and broadcast media important to clients.
  • A passion for cultivating talent and helping our teams grow. How can we be better?
  • Appreciates the art of dotting I’s and crossing T’s. The devil is in the details.
  • Media junkie - there’s no such thing as reading/watching too much. Bonus points for pop culture acumen.
  • Leads teams by example, showcasing professionalism, punctuality and problem-solving while maintaining a sense of humor.
  • Has the ability to really dig deep into client goals to secure meaningful and impactful press placements that drive business and make B&B invaluable to our clients and to media.
  • Be the sounding board and resource for clients, leading the teams on calls, in meetings and knowing when to shift course to get back on track.
  • Love of a fast-paced environment and the satisfaction of a busy yet productive day.

Working Conditions
On the whole, this is a hybrid, office-based role. A Senior Account Executive will spend time in meetings and briefings. Occasional travel might be required for client visits and planning. This position is considered sedentary to light work, and employees are not required to lift or move heavy objects. Although a Senior Account Executive's commitment will tend to be standard office hours, deadlines or the demands of a client may see the executive's working nights or weekends to ensure continued success. Must be authorized to work in the US.

Compensation:
The annual salary range for this role is $65,000-$75,000.
