About the Role:
This is an Hybrid role as a Pricing Analyst. You will contribute to developing and executing pricing strategies that align with organizational objectives. Your work will involve analyzing market trends and assisting with the foundational elements of pricing structures. This entry-level role offers the opportunity to build a career in pricing strategy while gaining valuable industry experience. You will report to the Financial Planning Associate Director and work under the leadership of the Director, Pricing. This role is a part of FCC | CLC - C T Corporation System- Wolters Kluwer

Required Job Qualifications (1yr to 3yr in Analyst Role | Open To New Grads):
Strongly preferred: Demonstrated experience in AI/ML, including relevant certifications and hands-on model development to support data analysis and insights generation.

Analytical Skills: Ability to perform basic data analysis and interpret results.
Market Research: Basic understanding of how to gather and interpret market data.
Attention to Detail: Diligent in maintaining data accuracy and documentation.
Numerical Proficiency: Strong foundational math skills for pricing calculations.
Communication: Basic ability to communicate findings and interact with team members.
Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively with close supervision.
Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with spreadsheet software like MS Excel.
Team Collaboration: Willingness to work closely with team members and take direction.  
Responsibilities:
Summary:   Implements and maintains pricing infrastructure; evaluates the effectiveness of pricing strategies and adjusts structures as needed; provides reporting and documentation; and serves as the point of contact for internal sales pricing inquiries (not customer-facing).

•Assist in the development of basic pricing models and structures.
• Collect and analyze fundamental market data to support pricing decisions.
• Participate in the documentation and reporting of pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with team members to understand customer needs and pricing dynamics.
• Support in preparing pricing reports for internal review.
• Maintain documentation related to pricing and cost structures.
• Execute basic calculations and cross-references to ensure data accuracy.
• Respond to initial pricing inquiries from internal departments.
• Assist in the implementation of approved pricing changes.
• Learn and adhere to organizational pricing policies and guidelines.

Compensation:

$57,100.00 - $97,500.00 USD

Compensation range listed is based on primary location of the position.  Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location. Your recruiter can share more information about the specific offer for the job location during the hiring process.
