The Pricing Strategy Analyst is part of the Pricing Center of Excellence and supports core pricing strategy across the company’s product portfolio. The role focuses on acquisition and base pricing, annual price increases, fee changes, alternative pricing models, and the development of business cases used to evaluate pricing options and financial impact.

The ideal candidate brings strong financial acumen, analytical capability, structured problem solving, and comfort working through ambiguity. Direct pricing experience is helpful but not mandatory; candidates with strong strategy and financial analytics backgrounds are encouraged. Advanced Excel, financial modeling, and PowerPoint are more important than SQL, Python, Power BI, or Tableau, which are differentiators rather than core requirements.

  • Build financial models and conduct scenario analysis to evaluate market opportunities, forecast business impact, and estimate ROI for strategic initiatives.
  • Analyze pricing performance, promotional effectiveness, and competitive positioning across products and customer segments.
  • Use advanced Excel and financial modeling as primary analytical tools to build and evaluate pricing business cases; leverage SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, and existing reporting assets when applicable.
  • Develop new dashboards, reports, and executive presentations that translate complex analysis into actionable business recommendations.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Finance, Sales, and Analytics teams to define business requirements and prioritize strategic initiatives.
  • Support pricing tests, experiments, and optimization efforts, including test design, measurement frameworks, post-launch analysis, and recommendation development.
  • Evaluate customer behavior, pricing elasticity, promotional performance, and acquisition trends to support data-driven decision making.
  • Build dashboards, reports, and recurring performance views that help stakeholders monitor key pricing, revenue, margin, and customer metrics.
  • Present findings and recommendations to business leaders through concise, executive-level storytelling and visualizations.

Secondary Functions:
  • Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and similar technologies to improve research, automate analysis, accelerate content development, and increase productivity.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, analytical workflows, and business decision-making capabilities.

Position type:
  • Full time
