With just one connection, data can be orchestrated across a growing network of 12,000+ systems and organizations, including 100+ electronic health record systems (EHRs). Redox processes over 1.2 billion messages per month across our health tech vendor, provider, payer, EHR, and life sciences customers.

Opportunity & Impact
We’re looking for a Pricing Strategy Manager to join our growing team and help shape Redox’s pricing strategy as we continue scaling across multiple customer segments. This role is a critical bridge between Finance, Sales, Product, and Customer Success, ensuring that pricing decisions drive growth, profitability, and customer value.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills, deep business acumen, and hands-on experience modeling complex pricing structures in a SaaS or technology-driven environment. You’ll own pricing models, analyze market and customer data, and provide strategic recommendations that enable Redox to win in a competitive and rapidly evolving healthcare technology landscape.

Job Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve pricing models across Redox’s product lines and customer segments, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market dynamics.
  • Develop and analyze deal-level pricing — partnering closely with Sales and Customer Success to price complex and strategic opportunities while balancing competitiveness and margin goals.
  • Lead financial modeling to assess new pricing structures, promotional strategies, and packaging changes.
  • Analyze pricing performance by customer type, segment, and use case to inform future strategy.
  • Conduct competitive and market benchmarking to ensure Redox’s pricing remains differentiated and compelling.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Revenue Operations, and Finance to operationalize pricing decisions and ensure consistency across systems and proposals.
  • Build and maintain tools and dashboards to improve visibility into pricing effectiveness, deal margin, and profitability.
  • Support annual planning and forecasting processes through scenario modeling and sensitivity analyses.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on pricing analytics and deal strategy — mentoring junior team members and advising leadership on trends and insights.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, or revenue strategy
  • Proven experience designing, modeling, and analyzing usage-based (transactional) pricing structures in a SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing complex pricing models and frameworks at the Enterprise customer level.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS financial metrics and deal economics (ARR, margins, churn, LTV/CAC, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills — able to translate data into actionable insights for executive audiences.
  • Strong business judgment and ability to balance analytical rigor with commercial pragmatism.

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Familiarity with the healthcare tech industry experience is a plus

Software Platform/Tools

  • Required: Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with SQL, BI tools, or Salesforce CPQ.
