QUALIFICATIONS  

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required 
  • 7+ years’ experience in business valuation required 
  • Must hold one or more of the following valuation credentials (CFA, CVA, ASA, or ABV) 
  • Specialization in financial reporting, ESOPs, or Litigation Support desired  
  • Must possess strong leadership skills 
  • Proven history of successfully growing a practice through internal and external relationship-building and market-facing activities.  
  • Strong desire to build relationships with other HBK offices and practice leaders.  
  • Must possess excellent technical and review skills 
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • This person should be highly analytical  
  • Ability and willingness to work in a group as well as independently 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Business development and management of valuation and litigation support projects originating from our New Jersey, New York, and Eastern Pennsylvania offices (Mid-Atlantic Region).  
  • Oversee and mentor analysts and managers to ensure timely completion of projects. 
  • Develop and support referral sources within the region. 
  • Serve as a valuation resource for all HBK accounting and wealth management team members in the Mid-Atlantic Region. 
  • Collaborate with other Principals & Regional Directors across our firm.
