Work closely with customers to develop appropriate solutions for enhancements in identifying business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing and training business users.
Provide Managed Services support, resolving complex incidents and addressing root cause.
Help customers with Patching / Upgrades activities
WHAT YOU NEED FOR THIS POSITION
10+ Years of Functional experience in PeopleSoft HCM Modules
Extensive Experience in North American Payroll
Experience with interfacing with Kronos for Time and Labor
Ability to work independently and manage support work (Break-Fix / Enhancements) for multiple customers.
Help customers in developing solutions, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to- be business process designs, functional configuration, testing and training for business users
Assist customers with Quarterly Patching / Tax Updates / ADP Patching / Upgrades, performing impact analysis and explaining the new features
PeopleSoft HCM certification(s) preferred
Work closely with technical resources, developers, customers and partners as applicable
Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation of design workshops to clients
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
