  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with product managers and executive stakeholders to translate business needs into robust technical realities.
  • Evangelize Best Practices: Champion elite software engineering standards, clean coding practices, and modern DevOps methodologies across the broader engineering organization.

Requirements
  • SaaS Expertise: 10+ years of experience building production-grade SaaS platforms, including 3+ years operating as a Tech Lead or Principal Engineer owning outcomes across multiple engineers.
  • Backend Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in C# .NET, ASP.NET, and XUnit.
  • Cloud-Native Architecture: 4+ years of deep, hands-on experience leveraging the AWS ecosystem—specifically API Gateway, EC2, Cognito, Lambda, RDS, S3, CloudFormation, and DynamoDB.
  • Frontend Literacy: A strong enough understanding of React and TypeScript patterns to confidently review PRs and architect clean, seamless interfaces.
  • Leadership & Communication: Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a proven track record of managing cross-functional technical initiatives.
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (an advanced degree is a plus!).
