We are looking for a Principal Product Manager for Applications and APIs to lead the charge in how our industry-leading data and models are delivered, visualized, and integrated.This is a high-impact role focused on the consumption layer of our data. You will define how a complex hazard model becomes a seamless part of an underwriter's decisionmaking process, an actuaries’ predictive model, or a developer’s API call. You are the leader who ensures our data isn't just accurate - it’s indispensable and easy to use.

Job Description
What you’ll doDefine and execute the visualization and UX strategy for property analytics, ensuring data is intuitive and actionable for underwriters and actuaries.
Own the product roadmap for our application suite, collaborating closely with Software Engineering to deliver high-performance, scalable solutions that address real-world insurance challenges.
Establish and govern API and model versioning policies, ensuring a consistent and professional integration experience for clients.
Partner with Data Science to translate AI/ML models into “next-best-action” recommendations that drive underwriting and actuarial decision-making.
Serve as a technical integration lead, guiding customers through onboarding and maximizing the value of the HazardHub suite.
Evangelize Guidewire’s vision internally and externally, articulating the critical role our products play in the future of P&C insurance.
Align your work with Guidewire’s FY26 Product Strategy priorities: accelerating AI adoption, launching innovative solutions like the Agentic AI Platform, and expanding into global markets.

Required
Demonstrated ability to embrace AI and apply it to your current role as well as data-driven insights to drive innovation, productivity, and continuous improvement.
Deep expertise in the Property & Casualty insurance domain, with a strong understanding of data and analytics in underwriting and actuarial workflows.
Proven mastery of product management, including discovery, delivery, and lifecycle management for technical products.
Track record of building user-centric applications with a focus on intuitive UX.
Technical fluency in API architecture, versioning, and AI/ML integration.
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to inspire and influence diverse stakeholders.
Strong ownership mentality and accountability for end-to-end product success.
Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Experience with cloud-based SaaS platforms and global product launches.
Familiarity with regulatory and market-specific needs in international insurance markets.
