About the Role

We are hiring a Principal Product Manager, Billing and Payments to lead the strategy, development, and optimization of Dandy’s billing platform. • Deliver Seamless Customer Experiences – Build intuitive, transparent, and accurate billing and payment processes that earn customer trust and reduce friction.

  • Collaborate Across Functions – Partner with sales, accounting, legal, operations, and customer service to align on requirements, priorities, and delivery.

  • Ensure Global Accuracy & Compliance – Work with finance and legal to ensure systems meet tax, regulatory, and audit requirements across geographies.

  • Optimize for Growth – Support new pricing models, subscription plans, promotions, and expansion into new markets.

  • Modernize Our Infrastructure – Evaluate and implement integrations with payment processors, tax engines, and billing service providers.

  • Leverage Data to Improve Systems – Monitor billing metrics, identify trends, and proactively address issues to improve operational and customer outcomes.

What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of product management experience

  • Technical fluency—you can work closely with engineering on system integrations, APIs, and data flows.

  • Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder needs.

  • Customer obsession—you deeply understand customer needs, advocate for their success, and design products and experiences that earn their loyalty.

  • Strong analytical skills, including comfort working with large datasets to identify trends, diagnose problems, and drive decisions.

  • High bias for action—you move quickly, remove blockers, and drive toward solutions.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for translating technical concepts into clear, actionable language.

Bonus Points For
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, payment gateways, and tax compliance platforms.

  • Experience in healthcare, dental, or other regulated industries.
