US Mobile is building the future of wireless communication. The goal: one unified network open to any person and any device, worldwide. Connection without walls.
We’re getting there by empowering customers. All three major networks on one phone and one plan, plus home internet from Starlink. No lock-in. No commitments. Custom fit plans at every price point. 24/7 customer support with real people, empowered to help. We get real-time feedback from Reddit, surveys, and customer support informing product roadmaps and everything we do. It’s working — Consumer Reports named us the top-rated mobile carrier two years in a row.*

And we’re building innovative systems that scale. A network agnostic tech stack. Agile, cross-functional teams built on trust and mutual respect. This work isn’t for everyone. If you work fast, flexibly, and collaboratively — without compromising standards — we want to hear from you.

We're seeking an experienced Principal Product Manager to lead our Connectivity Platform, the critical infrastructure that powers our global carrier partner integrations and enables seamless network connectivity. Our platform already leverages cloud-native architecture, microservices, and modern API design patterns - now we need a visionary leader to transform it into a truly global, future-ready connectivity solution while being hands-on in the day-to-day execution with the cross-functional team as well as with our carrier and OEM partners.

You’ve done it all in the telecom space, but now you’re looking to do things differently and move fast with a motivated team. In this senior role working with the most experienced engineers at the company, you'll own the strategic evolution of our connectivity platform, expanding it to support diverse international partners, varying regulatory frameworks, and emerging connectivity paradigms. You'll own and execute on the roadmap to evolve a platform that not only scales horizontally across geographies but also vertically to support new business models, from IoT and private networks to satellite connectivity and beyond. This role requires someone who can think globally, build for unlimited scale, and create a platform flexible enough to capture opportunities we haven't yet imagined.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Platform Strategy & Roadmap - Define and drive the connectivity platform that enables seamless integration with carriers at a global scale and architecture serving tens of millions of customers. Build abstraction layers that normalize varying partner capabilities, protocols, and data formats as well as regional requirements into unified platform services and customer offerings. Navigate multi-jurisdictional complexity including data sovereignty, privacy regulations, and regional tax and compliance requirements.
  • Future-Ready Innovation - Accelerate our ability to go-to-market quickly with leading product offerings and capabilities in a test-and-learn approach. Develop platform capabilities that anticipate and enable future business models including connectivity-as-a-service and network marketplaces. Design extensible architecture that can incorporate emerging connectivity types (satellite, private networks, etc.) and use cases (IoT, autonomous vehicles, etc.).
  • Cross-Functional Leadership - Provide strategic direction to engineering teams, translating platform vision into executable development plans and technical requirements through hands-on collaboration. Partner with growth and operations to balance resources and ensure successful product launches across the organization. Drive alignment between executive leadership and external stakeholders on platform priorities and trade-offs.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of product management experience with at least 4 years managing mature, scaled platform products.
  • Proven track record of building or evolving platforms that operate across multiple countries and regulatory environments in partner ecosystems with varying technical capabilities.
  • Success in driving platform transformation initiatives that unlock new business opportunities.
  • Experience building platforms that support multiple business models simultaneously within a diverse partner ecosystem.
  • Experience working at a wireless carrier, MVNO, or CSP.
  • Experience with AI platforms and tools to accelerate product development.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary - $180k-210k (NYC based. onsite Monday-Wednesday)
  • Gym reimbursement
  • Free cellular service on the best network in the US
  • Free lunch in NYC office & fully stocked kitchen
  • Metrocard reimbursement
  • Flexible working hours
