As a Principal Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our risk intelligence products. What You'll Do:

  • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for risk intelligence. 
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to deliver high-quality features and enhancements. 
  • Gather and prioritize customer feedback and market insights to inform product decisions. 
  • Develop detailed requirements and user stories that translate customer needs into actionable development tasks. 
  • Ensure seamless integration of APIs and data sources to enhance product capabilities. 
  • Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to enable effective go-to-market strategies and customer adoption. 
  • Continuously monitor product performance and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement. 

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field (MBA is a plus). 
  • 8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a SaaS environment. 
  • Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies. 
  • Deep knowledge of APIs and their role in modern product development and integration. 
  • Demonstrated experience implementing solutions that leverage AI and large language models (LLMs). 
  • Familiarity with Critical Event Management solutions is a plus. 
  • Demonstrated success in managing large-scale, complex product initiatives. 
  • Strong business acumen and ability to connect product strategy to business outcomes. 
  • Advanced analytical skills, including proficiency in tools like Tableau, SQL, and business intelligence platforms. 
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience influencing C-level stakeholders. 
  • Deep passion for innovation and a commitment to delivering world-class customer experiences. 

The reasonably estimated salary for this role at Everbridge ranges from $139,000 - $200,000 and may also include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
