As a Principal Engineer, you will define Zippy’s technical vision and lead cross-organizational initiatives with company-wide impact. You’ll partner with executives and cross-functional leaders to align strategy, create governance mechanisms, and deliver technical excellence that enables new business capabilities.

• Define and communicate company-wide technical vision and strategy.

• Architect foundational platforms and set reference architectures.

• Lead multi-year, multi-org initiatives with broad business impact.

• Establish governance processes (e.g., tech councils, RFC standards).

• Define company-wide reliability and security posture.

• Partner with executives to align technical investments with company strategy.

• Represent Zippy externally as a technical thought leader.

• Visionary systems architect with mastery across multiple domains and paradigms.

• Proven track record of leading company-level technical initiatives.

• Deep expertise in cloud architecture, scalability, and resilience.

• Exceptional communication and influencing skills at the executive level.

• 12+ years of professional software development experience.

• Demonstrated ability to deliver transformative technical outcomes.
