The role owns the consulting narrative and advisory quality for complex engagements, while Engagement Directors own broader executive relationships, portfolio outcomes, strategic escalation, and account-level value realization. Technical architecture, integration patterns, scalability, and detailed platform design remain owned by Technical Architects.
