Job Description
JPMorgan is looking for a Private Wealth Alternatives Marketing Vice President to lead the charge in promoting our cutting-edge alternative investment products to financial advisors.
As a Private Wealth Alternatives Marketing Vice President on the Asset & Wealth Management Marketing team, you will lead innovative marketing strategies to promote our alternative investment products to U.S. financial advisors. You will collaborate with a forward-thinking team to craft impactful campaigns that enhance our brand presence and drive engagement. In this role you will position J.P. Morgan as an industry leader, fostering growth and delivering exceptional client service.
Job responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the creation and launch of dynamic, targeted marketing campaigns specifically designed for financial advisors. Develop a cutting-edge marketing plan that highlights J.P. Morgan's unique alternative investment solutions, demonstrating how they can significantly enhance advisors' portfolios and drive exponential business growth.
  • Lead high-impact initiatives that span across diverse channels, including web, social media, advertising, industry conferences, digital platforms and events, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Design and oversee engaging digital client journeys that align with strategic engagement objectives. Manage the rollout of compelling digital communications across email, web, and social media platforms, ensuring cohesive messaging and maximum reach across teams.
  • Collaborate with distribution and product partners to develop insightful materials that showcase the transformative opportunities within alternative investments. Position the company as a leader in the alternative investment space through education, leveraging our industry leading insights.
  • Implement an experimental mindset to continuously refine marketing strategies for financial advisors. Utilize technology platforms and business intelligence tools to measure and enhance the return on investment (ROI) of marketing efforts. Develop a comprehensive data reporting framework to track progress and support business objectives.
  • Promote an inclusive environment that values diverse perspectives and experiences. Build trust and foster collaboration with colleagues across different business lines, regions, and marketing centers of excellence, ensuring alignment and shared success.


Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • 7+ years of strong marketing experience in asset management, or wealth management industry
  • Expertise in delivery of digital and traditional marketing solutions in collaboration with internal and external partners and resources
  • Project management experience, with excellent attention to detail and solid organization skills
  • Insight driven, with the ability to learn and understand the needs of prospects and clients, and the distribution needs to support pipeline development
  • Demonstrate innovation by challenging convention and identify opportunities to develop unique, competitive marketing programs
  • Ability to develop relationships with marketing directors, sales, and investment professionals.
  • An effective collaborator, with ability to work alone and partner with people of all levels across multiple locations.
  • The ability to develop credibility and trust through consistent delivery of quality outcomes across a matrix within and beyond Marketing
  • Attention to detail, achieve thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing a task through concern for all the areas involved
  • Effective communication skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to proofread


Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Alternative investment marketing experience strongly preferred
