Role Overview

As a  Private Wealth Associate for Masterworks Advisers, you will be an essential part of our gallery sales team — focused on driving activity, building pipeline, and supporting the client experience from first introduction through early relationship stages. You will be present at our evening gallery events, engaging UHNW prospective clients in-person, and owning a high volume of outbound follow-up to move prospects forward. This role operates within a team structure: you will work alongside Senior Advisors toward shared gallery AUM targets, contributing directly to location-level production goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend evening gallery events at 4pm, 5pm, and 6pm M–F to meet UHNW clients invited by our marketing team

• Serve as a primary point of contact for initial client engagement — introducing prospects to the Masterworks platform and art investment thesis

• Drive outbound activity: high-volume phone follow-up, scheduling meetings, and advancing prospects through the pipeline

• Support Senior Advisors on relationship management, follow-up coordination, and meeting preparation

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in CRM (HubSpot) for all prospect interactions and pipeline activity

• Assist with gallery operations as needed to ensure a seamless client experience at events

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in financial services, sales, or a client-facing role — phone-based or high-activity environments a strong plus

• Proven ability to drive outbound activity and meet volume-based goals

• Strong interpersonal skills with comfort engaging sophisticated, high-net-worth individuals in person

• Competitive, results-oriented mindset with eagerness to grow into a senior advisory role

• Based in NYC and available to work 11am–7pm M–F at our gallery on the Upper East Side

• Series 65 license from FINRA (or ability to obtain)

Preferred

• Interest in contemporary art and alternative investments

• Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot or similar)
