The Role
The Private Wealth Latin America Team is seeking a highly motivated Analyst to support the continued growth of the platform across Latin America and US Offshore channels. This role supports day-to-day execution across distributor coverage, client servicing, sales reporting, analytics, and cross-functional coordination, partnering closely with senior team members as the business scales.
The Analyst will play a central role in supporting distributor relationships, responding to investor requests, coordinating internal stakeholders, and contributing to strategic initiatives tied to regional expansion, including Latin America Offshore growth, Brazil onshore initiatives, and new product launches.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate closely with International Client Solutions (ICS), Marketing, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Global Portfolio Strategy & Solutions (GPSS) teams to support Latin America initiatives, including regular participation in recurring cross functional meetings to ensure alignment and execution of strategic priorities across the region.
Support seamless fund onboarding, product launches, and distributor enablement through effective coordination across internal teams and third parties
Support regulatory, compliance, and due diligence processes for Latin America Offshore distributors and investors, including responses to DDQs and onboarding requirements, which are expected to increase with continued syndicate growth and new product launches.
Assist with the preparation of summaries, talking points, and internal briefing materials for senior team members and leadership.
Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for inbound distributor and investor requests, escalating as appropriate
Support sales reporting and trade reconciliation for offshore funds, cross‑checking activity across iCapital, direct subscription tickets, and daily sales activity reports.
Assist with recurring sales reporting, analytics, and internal performance tracking across Latin America and US Offshore channels.
Maintain CRM systems for Latin America home office and advisor contacts, ensuring accurate coverage assignments, market team mappings, and contact details.
Support broader CRM and Salesforce initiatives, including data cleanup projects, validation efforts, and enhancements to improve pipeline visibility, coverage accuracy, and strategic decision making.
Support prospecting and business development efforts across key Latin America regions, including Brazil; Southern Cone and Peru; Mexico, Colombia, and Central America, and US Offshore, as coverage capacity allows.
Assist with market mapping, prospect prioritization, and distributor analytics to support regional growth initiatives.
Support preparation, execution, and follow-up for regional roadshows, conferences, distributor visits, and client one-on-one meetings.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Team-oriented with innovative ideas and solutions who thrive on challenges in a dynamic environment.
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities across workstreams.
Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare client‑ready materials.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; CRM experience preferred but not required.
Collaborative, proactive, and team‑oriented approach in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
Willingness to be flexible with working hours as part of a global, multi‑regional team.
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience, preferably within an alternative/traditional asset manager, investment bank, or management consulting firm.
Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record.
Fluency in Spanish required; Portuguese strongly preferred.
Interest in building a long‑term career within private markets and wealth distribution.
Series 7 and Series 63, preferred.
