This role is in office Monday to Friday.

The Role:

Blue Owl is seeking an Associate to join the Private Wealth Distribution Strategy and Analytics team to focus on sales analytics, reporting, and data operations in direct support to leaders across the Global Private Wealth business. The role requires advanced analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to reconcile large amounts of raw data across multiple systems. The ideal candidate has foundational data and BI skills, is collaborative and process oriented, and can manage multiple projects or workstreams in a fast-paced environment. This position provides a unique opportunity to gain exposure to senior leadership and provide strategic analysis at a rapidly growing firm.

Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of sales reporting, data, and processes; ensure accuracy, availability, and integrity of data sources across CRM (Salesforce) and reporting platforms (Tableau, SQL, Snowflake)

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance existing sales reports and dashboards to support business strategy and decision making

  • Facilitate monthly reconciliation of sales data from multiple sources, identify and resolve discrepancies, streamline data collection, and monitor automated processes

  • Perform ad hoc analysis and effectively communicate trends and insights that inform business decisions to key stakeholders

  • Establish consistent and repeatable processes, gather business requirements, create documentation, and help build tools to automate repetitive tasks across the Private Wealth organization

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency of reporting and drive a culture of self-service and actionable analytics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.

  • 2-5 years of experience in a business intelligence, data analytics, or similar, role within a high growth environment

  • Asset management or financial services experience preferred

  • Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail

  • Experience with Tableau or similar BI tool; ability to create actionable and compelling data visualizations; CRM Analytics (CRMA) experience is a plus

  • Proficiency in SQL; demonstrated ability to extract meaningful insight from raw data

  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems preferred

  • Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; VBA experience is a plus.

The base annual salary range for this New York-based position will be $110,000 to $130,000. Actual salary offered will be based on the candidate’s skill, experience, and qualification for the role. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, based on factors such as individual and team performance.
