As we continue to grow, we are strengthening our sales organisation in New York to further build our Trade and Wholesale business.

About the Role

As the US PRO & B2B Coordinator you will be a key member of the Nordic Knots PRO Sales team, owning the service processes for B2B/Wholesale Partnerships in the US and supporting the growth of our PRO business.

We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about design and the Nordic Knots brand and has a background in Wholesale, Sales Operations/ Support or Trade Sales to manage all workflows between Sales, CX and Operations for our B2B (Dropship & Wholesale) partners as well as supporting inbound Pre-Sales inquiries from Trade. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, customer-focused, and excited to grow within a sales environment.

Key ResponsibiltiesB2B Account Management
  • Manage ongoing relationships with Wholesale & Dropship accounts, building client relationships and servicing partners for on brand representation and growth of Nordic Knots with them

  • Conduct regular monthly check-ins with key accounts to review performance and address needs

  • Provide weekly inventory reports to partners to support smooth order flow and stock planning

  • Coordinate and communicate upcoming product launches, marketing initiatives, and promotional opportunities

  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure B2B partners have updated assets and product information

  • Coordinate and deliver product trainings for B2B Partners' sales & marketing teams

Client Onboarding & Support
  • Support new trade sign-ups and applications via our PRO platform

  • Onboard new clients with appropriate resources, samples, and account support

  • Serve as a first point of contact for trade-specific inquiries via email, phone, or chat

  • Troubleshoot and escalate complex issues in collaboration with CX and Sales

Sales Support & Lead Nurturing
  • Manage and qualify inbound trade leads and project inquiries

  • Track and assign hot leads to the appropriate sales team members

  • Follow up with warm prospects and sleeper accounts to drive engagement

  • Support sales reps with quote preparation, sample coordination, order processing and follow-ups

CRM & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate records in Lead Trackers and CRM system

  • Ensure all trade accounts are tagged, categorized, and updated in Zendesk

  • Conversion reporting including weekly or monthly sales activity reports and pipeline updates

Marketing & Outreach Support
  • Assist in cold outreach efforts including research and email drafting to drive conversions

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team on trade newsletters and outreach

Internal Collaboration

  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, CX, Logistics, and Product teams to ensure PRO clients receive timely updates

  • Provide feedback to improve internal systems and client-facing materials for the trade program

  • Participate in PRO sales meetings and events

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills

  • Min. 2 years of experience in Wholesale, Sales Support or Trade Sales role

  • Experience in a design-driven sector such as a furniture, homeware, lifestyle or fashion wholesale or in relevant retail roles

  • Strong organizational skills with experience working with product data, coordination of logistics, project management

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

  • Comfortable using Google Workspace/Microsoft Office
