As a Processes & Tools (P&T) Specialist, You will contribute to the management of key business processes and tools within the GTE Sales and Commercial department, ensuring operational efficiency, data visibility and digitalization across the organization.

You will be part of the GTE ITO Operational Excellence & Digitalization team and play a key role in enabling data-driven improvement initiatives, driving process performances and ensuring that the Organization has the right systems and data to work in a leaner, faster and smarter way.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Acting as an analytics translator to support the Organization’s digital evolution, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Collecting and structuring business needs, working cross-functionally to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Designing and monitoring process KPIs, develop dashboards and provide insights to support data-driven decisions.
  • Acting as a catalyst to identify and implement improvement initiatives leveraging digital tools and methodologies.
  • Working with the team and functions, including Digital Technology and Artificial Intelligence (A.I.), to support A.I./data science experiments, process mining and automation initiatives.
  • Designing and prototype BPM tools and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) using Microsoft 365 technologies.
  • Supporting Users acceptance testing (UAT), training, onboarding and change adoption.
  • Ensuring accurate functional documentation.
  • Staying up to date with relevant trends in digitalization, analytics, A.I. and process excellence.

Main Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Have a degree in Computer science or related field.
  • Have very good analytical skills and familiarity with A.I. and data modeling concepts.
  • Have proven experience with process improvement or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Have proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite, Power Apps, Power Bi, Power Automate, Sharepoint
  • Have very good communication and organizational skills.
  • Have the ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments.
  • Be fluent in English and Italian.
