Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including; Associate, or Experienced Level Procurement Agents.

Typically 3 or more years' related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Typically 6 or more years' related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

- Performs continuous review and analysis of demand and supply.
- Prepares and executes proprietary information agreements.
- Supports sourcing strategies, negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements.
- Communicates performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years' experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- 3+ years' experience drafting, negotiating and executing complex contracts and subcontracts
- 3+ years' experience interpreting and/or enforcing contract terms and conditions
- Fluent in both verbal and written English
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher preferred but not required
- 3+ years' experience functioning in a cross-functional environment
- 3+ years' experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processes
- 3+ years' experience managing supplier relationships, strategic partnerships and supplier performance
- 3+ years' experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding
