Our Home is seeking a Procurement Analyst who will be responsible for Procurement KPI’s, Vendor Master Data Maintenance, Power Bi reporting, and providing Inventory Insights. This individual must be detail oriented, flexible and adaptable to changing environments and have strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for updating weekly and monthly Procurement KPI’s
- Main contact for plant operations vendor or item setup
- Prepare reports detailing on hand, waste and aging inventory levels
- Provide inventory and consumption analytics to operations team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in procurement, preferably within the CPG or food industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Proven negotiation skills and experience in supplier relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with sourcing and procurement software.
- Experience with NetSuite is required.
- Power Bi experience is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Occasional travel to supplier sites or manufacturing facilities up to 10%
