Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Procurement Multi-Family Manager to join our team in San Antonio, TX.
This role requires a proactive, experienced First-Line Manager to lead Procurement activities associated with Site Services Team (San Antonio/Jax/FWB). You will manage a Team of Procurement Agents, driving timely and compliant responses to supplier and program stakeholders.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Acts as an authorized agent of the company with responsibility for managing all supplier-related activities and the authority to commit company resources through contracts and agreements
  • Manages employees from multiple Supplier Management and Procurement disciplines performing activities related to the acquisition of goods and services in support of company operations, supplier assessment and performance improvement, management and improvement of supply chain management and processes
  • Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals
  • Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
  • Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
  • Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
  • Provides oversight regarding negotiation processes and related tools
  • Manages, develops and motivates employees

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • 5+ years of experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processes
  • 5+ years of experience leading negotiations with standard terms and conditions; including payment terms

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 5+ years leading direct reports or a team

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $114,750.00 - $155,250.00
