About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Procurement Analyst to support sourcing and procurement operations across a range of spend categories. In this role you will turn spend and supplier data into actionable insights, support competitive sourcing events, and help keep procurement processes running smoothly. What You Will Do- Analyze spend, pricing, and supplier data to identify cost-saving opportunities and inform sourcing decisions.
- Support full-cycle sourcing events, including RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs, from data gathering through evaluation and award.
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and trackers covering spend, savings, supplier performance, and contract status.
- Assist with contract administration, including renewals, purchase orders, and document management.
- Support supplier onboarding, vendor master data accuracy, and compliance with procurement policies.
- Partner with stakeholders across Finance, IT, Legal, and business units to support requests and resolve issues.
- Help identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency across the procurement function.
- Two or more years of experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or a related analytical role.
- Strong analytical skills, including spend analysis and the ability to work with large data sets.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, and formulas).
- Experience supporting RFx or competitive sourcing processes.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for working with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Experience with procurement or sourcing platforms such as Coupa, Ariba, Zip, or SAP.
- Familiarity with software and SaaS or other indirect spend categories.
- Experience building dashboards or reports in tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, finance, or a related field.

- Start Date: July 2026
- Duration: 9-month contract with strong potential for extension based on performance and business need
- Work Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
- Pay Rate Range: $40-$55 per hour, depending on experience.
