What You’ll Do:

The Procurement Operations & MEP Delivery function sits at the center of CoreWeave’s OFCI supply chain, ensuring critical mechanical, electrical, and power infrastructure is delivered safely, on time, and to specification across a rapidly scaling global data center portfolio. The team partners closely with Strategic Sourcing, PMO, Engineering, Finance, and site teams to drive execution excellence and manage risk across long-lead, high-value equipment.

Supplier & Risk Management

  • Partner with sourcing teams on supplier onboarding, qualification, and performance reviews.
  • Develop risk and metrics driven frameworks covering financial, commercial, reputational, and operational exposure.
  • Lead supplier improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to CoreWeave’s standards.

Procure-to-Delivery Tracking & Issue Resolution

  • Oversee execution from PO issuance through equipment delivery, ensuring alignment to schedule and budget.
  • Manage escalations post-contract, addressing manufacturing, logistics, and installation readiness challenges.
  • Maintain visibility on deliverables and provide executive reporting to enable rapid decision-making.
Data Integrity & Reporting (The "Single Source of Truth")
  • Master Data Management: Maintain the accuracy of the Procurement Tracking Matrix (PTM). Ensure every PO, change order, and delivery date is reflected in real-time within the ERP/Project Management systems.
  • Digital Workflow Execution: Utilize AI-powered tools and automated dashboards to provide weekly "At-Risk" reports to the PMO Manager, highlighting potential schedule slips before they impact the critical path.
  • Performance Analytics: Track and report on specific MEP supplier KPIs, including On-Time Delivery (OTD) and First-Pass Quality upon site receipt.
Operational Governance & Issue Resolution
  • Escalation Management: Resolve daily operational roadblocks—such as shipping damage, missing components, or documentation gaps—without compromising project timelines.
  • Standardization: Enforce the use of the PMO Playbook across all project sites, ensuring a consistent approach to receipting, inspection (FAT/SAT), and warranty activation.
  • Financial Alignment: Review and validate supplier milestone invoices against physical progress to ensure Finance only pays for verified work/delivery.

Lifecycle & After-Sales Support

  • Provide after-sales support to sites, ensuring warranty, maintenance, and service obligations are fulfilled.
  • Coordinate spare parts, service contracts, and supplier accountability for ongoing performance.
  • Facilitate "Field-to-Procurement" feedback loops to ensure lessons learned regarding equipment quality or shipping methods are fed back into future RFPs.

About the role:

The Procurement Operations & MEP Delivery Manager owns end-to-end execution from purchase order issuance through equipment delivery, installation readiness, and after-sales support. This role is accountable for supplier performance, data integrity, and issue resolution across multi-million-dollar MEP assets. You will establish repeatable processes, enforce governance standards, and act as the operational first line of defense against schedule, cost, and quality risk. Success in this role requires strong supplier engagement, disciplined execution, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving, high-stakes environment.

Who You Are:

  • 7–10+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or operations supporting large-scale infrastructure, industrial, or data center projects
  • Demonstrated experience managing long-lead MEP equipment (e.g., generators, switchgear, chillers, transformers
  • Proven ability to build and manage procurement metrics, dashboards, and reporting systems
  • Strong track record of supplier performance management and risk mitigation
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sourcing, PMO, engineering, finance, and construction teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, Engineering, or Construction Management
