From documentary shorts and music videos to social media series and podcasts, we specialize in end-to-end production - turning vision into reality, from concept to final delivery.

Who you are: We are seeking a dynamic Live Action Producer to guide production from concept through execution. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of creative vision, production logistics, financial strategy, and client relationships. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to grow with us and help shape the future of our production processes. The ideal candidate is as comfortable in the pitch room as they are on set, someone who can zoom out to see the big picture while also rolling up their sleeves to make it happen. You’re resourceful, proactive, and solution-oriented, with a deep understanding of the commercial production landscape.

Role Summary

• Lead across EVA live action productions from pre-pro to wrap
• Own bidding and budgeting for new production opportunities
• Operates under the direction of Executive Producers and collaborates effectively within a structured leadership framework
• Collaborate closely with agency producers, creative producers, project managers, and creatives
• Lead and line produce EVA shoots of varying scope and scale
• Oversee and delegate efficiently to production managers and coordinators
• Partner with post producers for seamless handoff into post-production
• Manage shoot paperwork including payroll, insurance, and permits
• Develop and improve internal workflows to support fast-paced agency turnaround needs

Experience & Qualifications

• Background in agency and/or production company environments
• Proven track record managing productions ranging from $25K to $500K+
• Strong experience in social-first and resourceful production models
• Skilled at working directly with crew, agencies, directors, and clients
• Strong knowledge of talent agreements and union regulations (SAG/non-SAG)
• Deep understanding of the full production lifecycle and creative problem-solving
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends depending on shoot schedules
• Extensive rolodex of trusted production contacts, crew, directors, and vendors
• Comfortable in a hybrid work setup with access to our LIC and HY offices
• Excited to work as part of a collaborative, cross-functional team
