Who are we hiring?  

The Producer plays a vital role in maintaining an interdisciplinary approach to content production. The producer oversees end-to-end production execution, manages stakeholder relationships, and ensures high-quality creative output across multiple projects. They will be responsible for managing multiple projects at a time, advising the team on best practices, scope, and pricing. Additionally, the Producer will collaborate closely with internal departments, external production companies, and vendors to ensure seamless execution. 

 

What will you do?  

  • Lead the production lifecycle from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with business and creative objectives.  
  • Serve as a secondary client contact, ensuring seamless communication between creative, production, and client teams. 
  • Develop production solutions that fit feasibility, budgets, and timings. 
  • Oversee all requests for framed Photography serving internal purposes (in-office, in-venue, etc.) 
  • Manage external partnerships, including vendor selection, contracting, and rate negotiations and scheduling.  
  • Negotiate with vendors, freelancers, and contractors to secure the best resources within budget. 
  • Establish deep bench and rate cards for external vendors. 
  • Review all contracts and ensures all details are correct prior to department head sign off.   
  • Foster collaboration among creative, technical, and production teams. 
  • Manage the day to day of all pre and postproduction, shoot and projects.  

What do you need to succeed?  

  • 6+ years of experience in entertainment, creative or sports video related production 
  • Proven ability to manage high-profile productions, oversee budgets, and handle complex logistics. 
  • Strong negotiation skills, particularly with vendors, contractors, and external partners. 
  • Broad based contextual knowledge of industry standard production and post-production technologies and workflows. 
  • Experience in project management, scheduling, and workflow optimization. 
  • Ability to make autonomous decisions that affect production outcomes, resources, and schedules. 
  • Expertise in filming logistics, post-production workflows, and legal clearances. 
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and cross-functional stakeholders. 
  • Proficiency in Airtable, Microsoft Office, and other project management tools. 
  • Ability to multi-task and wear many hats and a stickler for details  
  • Strong interpersonal skills; a team player, positive and innovative thinker 
  • Ability to deliver great work in a fast-paced environment.  

 Special Requirements 

  • Must have a flexible schedule and be able to work nights, weekends, holidays and off-hour shifts when needed.

Pay Range
$83,000$110,000 USD
